Now i just read the eagle tribune this morning and i can't believe what has happened to Mark Aciard. Surprised, and not surprised all in one feeling. But horrified never less. Why some one would do this over any reason is beyond me. This has hate crime all over it, and is disgusting. And anyone whom thought why anyone would remain anon on the Atkinson Reporter, now you know why. And the fact the Chief of police would continue the investigation, and not let the state take this one , is another bad choice. This whole attack on Mark is an intimidation tactic that is way beyond the line....

It's time to call the ACLU. This is a targeted crime, the police are involved merely because of the ref. to the Chief, the State Police were turned away, they did not take fingerprints, just photos.
This has gone too far.
What is very significant is that Phil Consentino, in his capacity as "Chief" has not condemned the actions of the vandals of Mark's vehicle. The hoodlums who did it are without doubt Phil supporters and without doubt, knew that Phil would not speak out against their actions. Phil has proved them right by silently condoning their vicious vandalism with his silence.
Consentino had a responsibility to speak out against the illegal actions of his supporters, but
instead, chose to be silent. He has once again proven his unfitness to continue as Chief.

The town and the state are helping this guy screw people. Everytime they let him get away with his lies and bullying, they let us down. This town and this state are failures.
