Finally! Here it is for everyone to see for themselves if they missed this one! Listen carfully, Paul proves that Jack lied , saying council told him it was ok to take down the Atkinson Reporter signs . Jack Sapia took it upon himself to do so. This is the same Jack Sapia that is on a conflict of interst committe here in Atkinson. Can you believe that? Can you say " Oxymoron " .
